YY & W Lash Mixed Trial Tray contains 4 most popular types of ARISON LASHES®'s Volume Lash Series. They are ideal for lash technicians who haven't used YY or W lashes before.

ARISON LASHES® YY lashes can be seen as long-stem 2D premade lashes. Each YY lash has 2 branches and 4 tips and looks like the letter "Y" in shape.

ARISON LASHES® W Volume Lashes can be seen as a medium-stem premade fans, but are much more economical than premade fans. Each W lash has 3 to 8 branches.

Both YY and W lashes have the advantages of both classic and premade fan lash extensions, and bridges the gap between classic and volume lashes. They allow you to create 3D volume effect quickly while using classic application technique.

You can use YY or W lashes alone to create a full volume set, or you can use them as the 'foundation' of volume lash sets, and make some variant using classic lashes or spikes, or camellia lashes after applying W-lashes.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

It usually takes 1-2 business days for your order. Pre-ordered items (will be stated on the product page) take 5-7 business days to process. We will email you if the processing time takes longer than expected.

Holidays & Weekends

We do not process orders during bank holidays, because the carrier do not work. Holiday notice will be announced on our store in advance. Orders placed during bank holidays will be processed the first day after the holidays. We are not responsible for delays in shipment caused by bank holidays.
We do not work on the weekends, and the carrier picks up packages 4 hours after the pick-up notice, so orders placed after 12:00pm on Friday (UTC/GMT+08:00) will be processed on Monday. We are not responsible for delays in shipment caused by weekends.

In general, we offer free express shipping for orders over $99, except for some countries and areas. Shipping will be handled by DHL (transportation time listed below).

2. Orders over $50

In general, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $50, except for some countries and areas. Shipping will be handled by flat-rate courier service (transportation time listed below). 

Or you can choose to pay $25 for express shipping (in general, except for some countries and areas). Shipping will be handled by DHL (transportation time listed below).

Your order must be $50.00 minimum, before taxes & shipping and handling. Cannot be combined with some coupons and offers.

3. Orders under $50

(1) You can choose to pay $6.99 for standard shipping (in general, except for some countries and areas). Shipping will be handled by flat-rate courier service (transportation time listed below).

(2) Or you can choose to pay $25 for express shipping (in general, except for some countries and areas). Shipping will be handled by DHL (transportation time listed below).

The transit time depends on several factors, such as the destination country, the customs, weather etc., which can be hard to be controlled by us. We will work on it all the time to make it better and improved.

Shipping In Exceptional:

1. For the following countries and areas, flat-rate shipping is available for orders containing no liquid products; Shipping fee is the same of that in section "Shipping In General";

Tracking Your Order

After the parcel is sent out, you will receive an Email containing the tracking number of your parcel. If you have issues on tracking your order, please feel free to contact us.
We are sorry that your order didn't work out. We want you to love our products, but understand in case you have different preferences. If you're not satisfied with the products received, our Support Team is here to help you with the items. Please contact us for further assistance.
  1. You have 14 days to decide if the items are right for you after you received them. 
  2. You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged items in original package including your order Number. If you return for Refund successfully, our Account Department will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.
  3. Orders must be returned at the expense of the customer.
  4. Please email us the package with your Order Number & your log in account in it, we will be very appreciated if you can write down your return reason.  
  5. After we received your returning parcel info and tracking No, we will refund your money to your account within 7 working days.
